Your congregation's member data is accessible only to authorized users within your church's account.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services to operate our platform, including Firebase (hosting and database), Stripe (payment processing), and email delivery services. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
