Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flock Care ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators and team members.
Description of Service
Flock Care provides a web-based platform for churches to manage member information, coordinate care activities, and facilitate team communication. The Service includes member management, care tracking, team coordination, and related features as described on our website.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The church administrator is responsible for all activity that occurs under their church's account, including the actions of team members they invite. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on others' rights
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Payment Terms
The first user on each church account is free. Additional users are billed at the rates published on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Flock Care. We do not claim ownership of your content. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flock Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
